We guarantee your purchase for 1 year. If a product is defective within 1 year, we offer repairs, replacement, depending on product condition and availability.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear-and-tear, or excessive use.
Warranty products MUST be clean/washed to our standards. Hitench reserves the right to refuse warranty products at the customer’s expense.
