Stainless Steel Tumbler Production Process

Raw material procurement: First, it is necessary to purchase standard stainless steel materials, such as 304 or 316 stainless steel, as the main raw materials for production.

Cutting: According to the size and shape of the water cup, the stainless steel plate is cut into the required shape.

Pressing: Use a stamping die to punch out the shape of the water cup to form the cup body and cup mouth.

Stretching: Stretch the stamped water cup to achieve the required length and shape.

Welding: Weld the stretched water cup to form a connection between the cup body and the bottom of the cup.

Grinding: Grind the welding part and the surface of the water cup to remove burrs and unevenness.

Polishing: Use a polishing machine to polish the surface of the water cup to make it smooth and shiny.

Color plating (if necessary): Color the surface of the water cup, such as vacuum titanium plating or electroplating.

Cleaning: Clean the water cup to remove residual polishing agents and plating attachments. ‌

Assembly: Assemble the lid, handle, and other parts of the water cup to complete the assembly of the water cup. ‌

Inspection: Inspect the appearance and function of the produced water cup to ensure that it meets the quality standards. ‌

Packaging: Pack the qualified water cups and prepare them for shipment. ‌

For stainless steel thermos cups, the production process also includes some additional steps, such as hardening and surface treatment, to ensure that the performance and appearance of the product meet the requirements
